- 30 Day Device Limited Warranty
- Revolvercig.com offers a limited 30 DAY warranty from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. There is a seven (7) DAY window to report DEAD ON ARRIVAL part(s) beginning on date the said product was shipped. if a dead on arrival product(s) is reported within the seven (7) day time frame, we will ship the replacement part and a postage paid envelope to return the defective part(s). By accepting the replacement part(s) you agree to return the defective part(s) within fourteen (14) days from date replacement was shipped. If defective part(s) was not post marked fourteen (14) days from date replacement was shipped, you will be billed for the cost of the replacement part(s). After the seven (7) day time frame expires, you accept responsibility for return shipping cost. replacement parts will be shipped to customer upon receipt of the defective part within thirty (30) days the original purchase shipment date. This warranty only covers the initial purchased product, and will not cover any replaced parts with the exception of dead on arrival parts. The warranty will be considered void if the product has been tampered with in any way, has been used with parts other than those sold and supplied by Revolver, is damaged through improper use, normal wear and tear, acts of GOD, negligence or abuse. The warranty does not cover buyers remorse.
