- Make sure you PCC itself is charged.
- Charge your PCC using the USB cable in a USB slot or with the provided wall plug.
- Make sure the battery is screwed into charge port firmly in your PCC.
- When you charge your battery, make sure you press and hold the button for 3 to 4 seconds. The light will start blinking and change from green to red to indicate that the battery is charging.
- Make sure the battery is working...
- Contact customer service.
- Make sure your PCC is charged.
- Charge your PCC with the USB cable in a USB port.
- Charge your PCC with the USB cable in the provided wall plug.
- Contact customer service.
- Fully charge your PCC with the USB cable in a USB port.
- Fully charge your PCC with the USB cable in the provided wall plug.
- Contact customer service.
- Charge the battery in your PCC.
- Make sure cartridge is not clogged.
- Try battery with a working atomizer.
- Make sure no juice got into the battery...
- Carefully blow off your battery with canned air. Hold canned air back 10 to 12 inches to avoid damaging the battery.

- Carefully blow off your atomizer with canned air. Make sure you stay back 10 to 12 inches to avoid damaging the atomizer.

- Carefully blow off the end of your battery using canned air. Hold the canned air back 10 to 12 inches to avoid damaging the battery.
- Dab the end of the battery dry with a cotton swab, paper towel, or similar item.
- Your cartridge may be partially clogged.
- Replace or clean out your cartridge.
- Contact customer service.
- Make sure your battery is screwed on tightly to the atomizer.
- Make sure the polyfill (fibrous material) in your cartridge is making contact with your atomizer.
- Use a paperclip or similar item to "fluff" up the polyfill.
- Your cartridge could be empty or out of liquid.
- Replace or refill your cartridge.
- Your battery could be dead.
- Recharge your battery in your PCC.
- Contact customer service.
- Take shorter drags on your E-cig.
- PG (propylene glycol) is one of the main ingredients in the cartridges and eLiquid. For a small percentage of people it may cause mild irritation.
- Try switching to VG (vegetable glycerin) eLiquid.
- If irritation persists, discontinue E-cig use.
- Contact customer service.
