I had a bad PCC. I emailed them and they called me! They sent me a new PCC and postage to send the bad on back! Awesome company and awesome product. The PCC is excellent. Great atomizers!    I was a smoker for about 5 years, getting up to a pack and a half a day before I finally got my Revolver Elite. I've been using my Revolver Elite for a month and a half now, and have totally quit smoking.
   
   The Elite produces great vapor, throat hit, and flavor, ESPECIALLY for a super mini. The PCC is great, in terms of looks and functionality. The battery life is decent, and they charge really fast as well. The cartridges work pretty well, I get all of the juice in them 95% of the time. I'm also pretty fond of the atomizers, I've been using the same atomizer for about 2 or 3 weeks now and it's still kicking ass.
   
   Perhaps my one complaint is that I really wish it came with an option for manual batteries, in the starter kit or otherwise. I think it'd save a lot of grief with accidentally flooded atomizers and batteries.
   
   And Revolver's customer service is really one of a kind. I had received a faulty battery, so I emailed them not expecting a response for at least a few days. I had a response within 20 minutes! Revolver is a very honest and fair company, and you can tell that they really value and care about their customers.
   
   The Revolver Elite is a great product and I've recommended it to nearly all of my friends, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a healthier alternative to smoking. Revolver, keep it up! (Posted on 6/6/10)

   The PCC looks way better in person that it does in the photo. In fact, none of the photos do the product justice. It gets great vapor, throat hit, and flavor.
   
   The Smart PCC is awesome; no more having to check to see if your batteries finished charging.
   
   It's a great product and one (if not the) best traditional looking e-cigs available.
