Shipping & Delivery

Packages are shipped within 24 hours after payment is confirmed during the business week. Orders do not ship on Sundays due to the Postal Services being closed. If a purchased shipping method is not available, an equal or similar service will be used. For expedited service, shipping methods can be upgraded by the customer. Shipping times may vary. Revolver does not ship outside of the United States of America.

Purchases of items totaling over $75.00 are eligible to be shipped at no cost to the purchaser, by the methods and carrier selected by Revolver Electronic LLC. Any order that qualifies for free shipping can still be expedited, but customer will be responsible to pay additional shipping fees.

Shipping services we offer are as follows:

USPS First Class - Usually takes about 3-5 days to arrive once shipped. USPS Priority - Usually takes about 2-3 days to arrive once shipped. USPS Express - Usually takes 1-2 days to arrive once shipped.

After your order ships we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use the tool below to locate your package in transit. Once the package leaves our warehouse, you will need to contact USPS postal services for any shipping issues that may arise beyond our control. Free Shipping Offer

Purchases of items totaling over $75.00 are eligible to be shipped at no cost to the purchaser (U.S. Residents Only), by the methods and carrier selected by Revolver Electronic LLC. Shipping times may vary.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail. Starter Kit purchases are automatically upgraded to Priority Shipping at no charge. This is to help you get started and leave behind the cigarettes much sooner!

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of the product, Revolvercig.com does not offer refunds or returns. We DO however strive for customer satisfaction and will work to make sure every customer is taken care of!

If you need a replacement part due to a defect that is covered by our warranty, please contact customer service FIRST for instructions and authorization. You will need to complete a RMA form which can be downloaded below in the section titled "Warranty". There are a few ways to contact us:

1 YEAR DEVICE LIMITED WARRANTY
Revolvercig.com offers a limited 1 YEAR warranty from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty ONLY covers batteries, PCCs, battery chargers, and AC adapters. Replacement parts will be shipped to customer upon receipt of the defective part within 1 YEAR of the original purchase date. The warranty will be considered void if the product has been tampered with in any way, has been used with parts other than those sold and supplied by Revolver, is damaged through improper use, normal wear and tear, acts of GOD, negligence or abuse. The warranty does not cover buyers remorse.

A completed RMA form must be sent back with the defective item/s. Please email us at customer-service@revolvercig.com for authorization and instructions BEFORE sending back any defective parts. Failure to do so may result in a denial of return/exchange. After a Revolver service rep has initiated and authorized the return, customer may choose to send the replacement part back immediately with the completed RMA form in a secured bubble envelope. Otherwise, customer may request a self addressed and stamped return envelope from the service rep to return the defective item/s and completed RMA form in. This option could cause a delay in the exchange. There will be no refunds of postage if the customer chooses to send back the item/s in their own envelope. After the defective item/s and completed RMA form are received they will be inspected and the customer will be notified. We are not responsible for damage or loss incurred as a result of postal handling.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these requirements. This Limited Warranty gives the original purchaser specific limited rights, in addition to those rights under applicable local law.

30 DAY DEVICE LIMITED WARRANTY
Revolvercig.com offers a limited 30 DAY warranty from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty will be considered void if the product has been tampered with in any way, has been used with parts other than those sold and supplied by Revolver, is damaged through improper use, normal wear and tear, acts of GOD, negligence or abuse. There will be no refunds given due to the fact that these are consumable items that cannot be repackaged or resold. The warranty does not cover buyers remorse. Due to the nature of the products, cartridges, eLiquid, and tanks are not covered by the warranty. Candy, Apparel, Revolver Gear, and all other non-warranty items are not covered by the warranty and are sold "as-is".

ION LIFETIME DEVICE LIMITED WARRANTY
Revolvercig.com offers a limited lifetime warranty from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is for the solely for the ION model and ONLY covers batteries, PCCs, battery chargers, and AC adapters. The warranty is limited to a maximum of 5 replacements on any part. Some discontinued items may be replaced with an equal item from current inventory. The warranty can only be used within 30 days of your last ION cartridge purchase. This includes flavor cartridges, blank cartridges, and clearomizers for the ION only. As long as you have purchased ION cartridges within the last 30 days, you may make full use of your warranty for the life of the product. The warranty will never expire. If cartridges were purchased in a retail location, you must provide original receipt of the cartridge purchase to use the warranty. Replacement parts will be shipped to customer upon receipt of the defective part. Ordering

You have several ways available to purchase Revolver products:

Orders can be placed online via the website. We only ship to addresses in the United States.

You may also visit one of our lounge locations or other local authorized Revolver resellers for Revolver parts and accessories. Revolver resellers may offer special promotions and discounts that may not be available online. Similarly, Revolver online promotions may not be available in stores. You can find a list of retail locations HERE.

Lastly, you can call our toll free number and place an order over the phone. Our helpful staff can answer any questions you might have and set you up with the product that will best meet your needs. You can of course feel free to call us even if you only have a few questions. We are happy to help!
