Hello and welcome to the Shipping and Delivery Information page! Here you can get acquainted with useful information on terms and conditions of our goods delivery.

You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our physical store in Toledo, OH, or ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and delivery timing. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

Packages of in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours after payment is confirmed during the business week. Orders do not ship on Sundays due to the Postal Services being closed. If a purchased shipping method is not available, an equal or similar service will be used. For expedited service, shipping methods can be upgraded by the customer. Shipping times may vary. Revolver does not ship outside of the United States of America. 

After your order ships we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use the tool below to locate your package in transit. Once the package leaves our warehouse, you will need to contact USPS postal services for any shipping issues that may arise beyond our control. Free Delivery

Purchases of items totaling over $70.00 are eligible to be shipped at no cost to the purchaser, by the methods and carrier selected by Revolver Electronic LLC. Any order that qualifies for free shipping can still be expedited, but customer will be responsible to pay additional shipping fees.

90 Day Device Limited Warranty

Revolvercig.com offers a limited 90 DAY warranty from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty ONLY covers batteries, mods or devices, battery chargers, and AC adapters. This does NOT cover tanks, RDAs, coils, eliquids, atomizers, etc... Replacement parts will be shipped to customer upon receipt of the defective part within 90 DAYS of the original purchase date. The warranty will be considered void if the product has been tampered with in any way, has been used with parts other than those sold and supplied by Revolver, is damaged through improper use, normal wear and tear, acts of GOD, negligence or abuse. The warranty does not cover buyers remorse.

Please email us at customer-service@revolvercig.com for authorization and instructions BEFORE sending back any defective parts. Failure to do so may result in a denial of return/exchange. After a Revolver service rep has initiated and authorized the return, customer may choose to send the replacement part back immediately with the completed RMA form in a secured bubble envelope. Otherwise, customer may request a self addressed and stamped return envelope from the service rep to return the defective item/s and completed RMA form in. This option could cause a delay in the exchange. There will be no refunds of postage if the customer chooses to send back the item/s in their own envelope. After the defective item/s and completed RMA form are received they will be inspected and the customer will be notified. We are not responsible for damage or loss incurred as a result of postal handling.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these requirements. This Limited Warranty gives the original purchaser specific limited rights, in addition to those rights under applicable local law.

Returns

Due to the nature of the product, Revolvercig.com does not offer refunds or returns. We DO however strive for customer satisfaction and will work to make sure every customer is taken care of.

Replacements

If you need a replacement part due to a defect that is covered by our warranty, please contact customer service FIRST for instructions and authorization. There are a few ways to contact us:

acceptance of orders

Seller may accept buyer’s offer to purchase and shall be bound to supply the applicable Goods in accordance with these terms and conditions either by execution of the acknowledgment copy of the order, or acceptable electronic transmission, delivery of the Goods to CAI or by any other statement, act or course of conduct which constitutes acceptance under applicable law.

ordering

You have several ways available to purchase Revolver products:

  • Orders can be placed online via the website. We only ship to addresses in the United States.

  • You may also visit one of our store locations or other local authorized Revolver resellers for Revolver parts and accessories. Revolver resellers may offer special promotions and discounts that may not be available online. Similarly, Revolver online promotions may not be available in stores.

  • Lastly, you can call our toll free number and place an order over the phone. Our helpful staff can answer any questions you might have and set you up with the product that will best meet your needs. You can of course feel free to call us even if you only have a few questions. We are happy to help!

viewing orders and account information

To update account information, log into your account using the navigation at the top of the page. Once logged in you can check the status of your orders as well. You can find previous transaction records, shipping information, and change your account information. If you have any questions please contact us HERE.

delivery

Unless otherwise agrees in writing signed by officer of Seller, all delivery dates are estimates Seller shall use its reasonable efforts to deliver all Product within the time specified; however, in no case shall Seller be liable for any expense, loss or damage whatsoever suffered by Buyer as a result of the Seller’s failure to deliver Product by the specified date.

transportation and risk of loss

The method and route of shipment are at Seller’s discretion unless Buyer timely supplies explicit instructions otherwise. Title to the Product passes to Buyer when Product is delivered to the selected carrier, even if Seller made a nonconforming tender. Buyer attempts to revoke acceptance of the Product, or Buyer repudiates this document after the Products have been identified hereto.

cancellation or modification

Any order placed with and accepted by Seller may be canceled by Buyer only upon Seller’s approval in a writing signed by an officer of Seller and upon terms that indemnify Seller against any loss. If an order is cancelled that has been shipped, Seller will refund to Buyer the total amount of the order MINUS shipping costs. Seller will not accept cancellations of special orders of non-standard, non-price list products. Seller may cancel all or any part of this order and discontinue its performance hereunder without liability to Buyer in the event Buyer materially breaches this contract, becomes insolvent, is the subject to bankruptcy protection, or is the subject of a receivership, liquidation, dissolution or similar proceeding.

warranty and disclaimer

Seller warrants that the purchased Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. If an analysis is stated on the face of the Invoice, it is not intended to be a complete analysis and is not to be regarded as a specification or warranty, unless specifically stated in writing to be such.

limitation of liability

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Seller’s liability for any claims with respect to the products shall not exceed the amount paid by buyer for the products under the invoice. Such limitations on Seller’s liability hereunder shall apply even if Seller’s liability is due in whole or in part to its own negligence. Any action by or on behalf of Buyer or its successors or assigns for breach of this document must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action as accrued.

return of material

Upon delivery of Product, Buyer shall have five (5) days to inspect Product and notify Seller, in writing, of any defective goods or other cause for rejection. Buyer agrees that five (5) day period provides Buyer a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Product. Such notification shall identify each and every reason for any rejection of Product. Buyer’s failure to reject Product within such five (5) day period shall constitute a waiver of Buyer’s inspection right and an unqualified and irrevocable acceptance of the Product by Buyer.

indemnity

Buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Seller and its affiliated or related companies from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, damages and expenses including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and cost of defense arising from, related to or in any way connected with or alleged to arise from or out of any asserted deficiencies or defects in Product caused by any alteration or modification thereof by Buyer with or without Seller’s consent, or improper handling or storage by Buyer, the breach of any term or condition stated herein, Buyer’s failure to label Product or Buyer’s improper labeling of Product regardless of whether the labeling was done with or without the advice of Seller.

payment

We accept major credit cards as payment, subject to approval. If you place an order, your bank will likely put a hold on your account for the amount of the order. If the order is declined or cancelled, the bank will still show the hold for 3-5 days until the money is returned. This is not in our control, it is in control of your own bank. Please contact your bank or financial institution for any questions regarding that. 

governing law and arbitration

This document shall be interpreted and governed by the law of the State of America, excluding its conflicts of laws rules. The parties specifically exclude the application of the United Nations Convention on the Sale of Goods.

taxes

Buyer is responsible for any tax or governmental charge imposed upon the sale or transfer of any product. Any such tax or governmental charge will be added to the total invoice amount. All prices are FOB Seller’s facilities. Applicable freight costs will be added to the invoice.
