Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for shopping with us, we appreciate your support and business. Here are a few details about our shipping and delivery process that will keep you at ease while you wait for that amazing new eLiquid to arrive at your door. 

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
  • We ship in business days. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
  • Processing and shipping times are two different things. Shipping time starts once we deliver your package to the post office. Processing time occures between receiving your order and packaging your order. 

So when do you contact Revolver? It is best to wait one full week before contacting us in order to allow the post office the time it needs to make the delivery.  Even if your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated timeframe given during checkout, it’s probably still on its way (and worth the wait).

  1. How much is shipping?

    Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and added on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

  2. Can I track my order?

    We use our shipping partner (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. When your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number for your shipment. This will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.

  3. Where does my order ship from?

    Your order ships from our home town of Toledo, Ohio. Therefore, ship times may vary depending on how far or how close you are to us.
